As the statistics indicate, there are children in our communities that need a loving place to call home and need to have the liberty simply to be children. Our mission and heart is to welcome these children into the family at Liberty Youth Ranch. We know the Ranch is a BIG dream and will take determination, persistence, vision and faith. Liberty Youth Ranch is supported by the financial contributions of individuals, businesses, foundations, churches and organizations that desire to help children. We need you to join us in building Liberty Youth Ranch so that we might make a difference in our children and the world. In the United States we posses only 4% of the world's population, but enjoy 65% of the world's wealth. As William J.H. Boetcker said, "Your greatness is measured by your benevolence."

The following pages detail the financial projections made for development of Liberty Youth Ranch. Financial projections contained herein are forward-looking and are provided as the founder's best estimates based upon all available information at the time provided. It is expected that these projections will change as plans are prepared, licenses and approvals obtained, and build-out is accomplished.

Capital Projects Phases & Campaign Total.
We are committed to financial stewardship and therefore will build Liberty Youth Ranch as funds are raised and available. Each capital project cost includes an endowment component, which is monies that will be invested. Only the interest earned will be used to provide a permanent source of operating income directly applied to the use and maintenance of the respective capital project. It is our desire to build in three Capital Project Phases. For example, we hope to acquire land and build two children's homes in Phase I. We also hope to build two homes in Phases II and III, for a total of 6 homes. We have presented how the annual budget will increase with the addition of every 2 homes.

Operational Costs.
Even before Phase I commences, a significant investment of time and coordination by the founder will be required. As a 501(c)(3), Liberty Youth Ranch must ensure its proper formation under both Florida Corporate and Federal Tax laws. Additionally, the President must obtain initial seed capital for funding the administrative duties required to secure funding for construction and operations of Phase I. Operational costs have been divided into the following categories and show the level of annual operating expenses at the increasing level of capacity to serve children.

Operating Costs - Direct Child Care Expenses. This linked chart describes in detail all of the direct Child Care expenses associated with operating Liberty Youth Ranch.
Operating Costs - Administrative Expenses. The linked chart describes in detail all of the start-up and administrative expenses associated with operating Liberty Youth Ranch.
