A non-profit organization, Liberty Youth Ranch is a Christ-centered, non-denominational children's home that was established to provide a permanent and loving environment for children who through no fault of their own are in need of a home, a family, and the opportunity to simply be children. Every child deserves a home, family and a chance – Liberty Youth Ranch provides these and more.

COMMUNICATIONS, PUBLIC RELATIONS, AND MARKETING
Summary:

Maximize your strategic communications skills and experience to help us design and develop our communication strategy and communicate the Liberty Youth Ranch message to internal and external constituents.

Work with executive leadership and share your vision and creative, innovative approach.

Utilize your expertise to help us develop and share our compelling story, build awareness and grow volunteer, partner and donor support and participation. 

Help design, develop and guide the strategy for all internal and external communications to consistently articulate, enable and fulfill the organizations mission.

This individual will be a creative, innovative, strategic thinker and results-driven team member.

Strong communications strategy, design and execution experience, combined with strong passion for the vision, mission and goals of the Liberty Youth Ranch are critical to success in this role.

Energetic, outgoing, professional, and detail oriented candidate will have a Masters Degree in Public Relations, Public Affairs, Journalism, Media, Marketing, Communications or equivalent of ten years fulltime related professional experience in communications, public relations, graphic design, journalism or related field, ideally in an in-house leadership role within a multifaceted nonprofit entity.

LYR UPSCALE SHOP STORE MANAGER
Summary:

Come join our growing faith-based organization with a strong legacy of organizational and financial stability. We provide meaningful, positive change that dramatically impacts the lives of children and families within the southwest Florida community.

Manage the overall day to day operations of the Upscale Resale Store, which provides a revenue source for the nonprofit. Procure, price, and display merchandise. Schedule pick-up and delivery of items. Actively recruit, train, and fully utilize volunteers. Handle the POS system, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports. Assist customers and donors with a knowledgeable, friendly attitude.

Motivated, energetic professional and detail oriented candidate knowledgeable about the retail industry and passionate about serving at-risk children will have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferred, and at least 6 years of professional management experience.

Ideal candidate has extensive experience in generally accepted office procedures, including filing, letter/memo formats, answering the telephone, greeting visitors, etc. Ability to motivate, encourage and interact with donors, vendors, volunteers and staff. Must be flexible, efficient, and able to organize and manage multiple priorities. Must be computer proficient and technology driven. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
